About Dr Ben Martin

I am an Assistant Professor in philosophy who specialises in epistemology, logic, and topics covered by the TOK.

I studied Mathematics and Philosophy at the University of Oxford, and went on to write my doctorate in aspects of the theory of knowledge and logic. Cambridge University Press are shortly to publish my book "The Epistemology of Logic".

I have over ten years’ experience of lecturing, tutoring, and examining students at degree and IB-level. This is what a happy and proud father recently wrote about his daughter's success:

There are many legitimate reasons why you may need help with your TOK essay or exhibition. Your school or college may only recently have adopted the IB, and be having teething problems. Some teachers are new to TOK and are struggling a little themselves. Students fall ill and miss classes. I'm here to help.
